Here at Good Brew, we are coffee aficionados and so prefer beans that elevate, not debase, the caffeine in the beans. However, we acknowledge that there are some people who enjoy the taste of coffee but not the caffeine effects from coffee.

The region's smallholder farms utilize time-honored cultivation practices in volcanic soils, producing beans with the full body and earthy complexity that defines premium Indonesian coffee.

Processing

Semi-washed processing method typical of Indonesian coffees enhances the natural body and earthy characteristics. The beans undergo partial fermentation and controlled drying, developing the distinctive full-bodied profile. The Swiss Water Process decaffeination method removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural flavors and characteristics, resulting in a full-flavored decaf experience.
